Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
All orders placed on thereevshop.com are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
We use trusted courier partners such as UPS and others, and provide full tracking details once your order is shipped.

By default, packages are delivered without requiring a signature. If you prefer a delivery option that requires a signature (UPS Extra), please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.

If it fails to meet our return policy conditions, we will notify you and may return the item back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may request photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist with the claim and expedite the process.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase—such as your bank account, UPI, card, or digital wallet.
